Miss Basingstoke is the first of its kind in its home town. The idea of Miss Basingstoke was that of Kayleigh Halloway in 2007.
With local support from The gazette, The observer and Kestrel fm, Miss Basingstoke will remain known throughout the town for her reigning year.
